Presenting Companies

The presenting companies are screened and selected by the Screening Committee, which is comprised of certain members of the Board of Directors and the Technical Board of Advisors.  Any investment by a Member in a presenting company is made in that Member’s sole discretion on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Member and the presenting company.  There is no requirement for a Member to make any investment, although BioAngels does reserve the right to not renew inactive Members.

BioAngels Dinner Events

BioAngels holds dinner meetings approximately quarterly each year, at which two or three companies make investment presentations. Also, at most dinners there will be a pre-presentation on topics relevant to the audience, for example, investing terms, patents, DNA, Distribution, and other topics.
